Soulful Sunday April
Join me at our special 2-hour gatherings called Soulful Sundays, where like-minded souls can come together, have a laugh and share our enjoyment of music and movement in a friendly and peaceful environment.
This month the theme will focus on the chakras with some new songs to dance to, from grounding root chakra and earthy moves up to ethereal crown chakra, achieving flows.
We will share some heart opening cacao and close our space with a deeply relaxing journey into the space of intuition and light.
This will be the last Soulful Sunday for a while as we return to our spring/summer Beach Dance events.
I will not give up the flowers in my heart for stones just because the world is a hard place. The world is only hard because it needs more flower-hearted people 🌹
